The Disability policy issued by AmFirst and reinsured by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, "The Cash Value Executive Disability Plan," is unique, since it does not require loss of income or the inability of carrying out the daily tasks of an employment to receive benefits. The disability is simply based on the impossibility of the insured to do any 3 of the 6 activities of daily living, which are the following:

Transferring	Dressing	Toileting
Bathing	Eating	Continence
